Columbia Machine provides the service and accessories you need to make your Columbia palletizer perform beyond your expectations. This includes concept, design, integration and installation to ensure the entire process works for you without having to troubleshoot between various equipment vendors.

Because we know your product line may change tomorrow; all Columbia palletizers are fully upgradeable. Sheet Dispensers –Five different types of Sheet Dispensers are available from Columbia Machine. Sheet dispensers automatically place slip, tie and cap sheets (also known as a top tier sheet) onto the load, as the load is being built.	Floor Lever Slip Sheet Dispenser
Pallet Dispensers - Columbia Machine manufactures three types of Pallet Dispensers to accurately place the pallet onto the load-building conveyor to ensure correct load position on the pallet.	Fork Style Pallet Dispenser
Infeed Options - Many infeed options are available to obtain your required speeds and pattern configurations, this includes: side shift, pacer meter belt, greater use of VFDs and Soft Turn.	Soft Turn Infeed
Palletizer Controls Package – Add or upgrade to Columbia’s Product Manager Software to allow for simple pattern additions and modifications, adjustment of PLC timers and VFD speeds, storage of up to 100 case patterns and detailed alarm data.	Product Manager Software

The modular design of Columbia’s palletizers makes it easy and affordable to modify an existing or recently purchased used Columbia palletizer. This includes addition of above accessories, conveyors, even changing the infeed location and pallet flow as needed.
