Training
One of the keys to keeping your plant operating at peak performance is training your operators, as well as maintenance personnel, to be
able to solve operational issues as they arise. Columbia offers a mix of training options to allow you to fully utilize the Columbia
trainer while on site. Hands on training, vital to the understanding of palletizer operation, is a standard type of training that is
offered by Columbia to help meet your daily challenges. In addition to hands on training, formal classroom training with a PMMI Certified
trainer is also available. The formal classroom training can be customized to your specific needs. By working with the CCC department
you can have a “needs assessment” performed prior to training to help define your specific training needs and allows
customized materials to be developed to meet your needs.
